To: TheStag who wrote ( 442) 7/26/2011 11:19:57 AM From: dvdw© Read Replies (1) \| Respond to of 447 noticed that allot of the bear funds aka short stuff is out of balance, some for many days.... this is a problem with ramifications....non legal supply is in the trade, if they are taking money for these products, and they are not compliant with laws stipulated by thier own charters, i smell big problem...... these products are designed to enable market based effects.......especially by traders.....if the products are ill constructed, as in out of compliance, they cannot represent themselves as being in compliance..... this is Super System breakdown....investors have and continue to be negatively affected by the wisdom envisioned by these products, and yet the products themselves are not constructable because investors own the products and are not providing the products to the system. It is complex, not simple....accept as it relates to these products who are simply out of compliance.
