All the student loans are guaranteed student loans with the Federal Govt required to pay the loans if the student defaults. The students cannot discharge the loans in bankruptcy. Collection agencies will really benefit from this as they sue, garnish, and harass students for the $$$$ and take their big cut. The Feds won't get all their money back.
