As money vanishes corruption increases. As money increases corruption vanishes.

I have never been in a poor country that was not corrupt to the core:
Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and Czech Republic as communism people and the structures were still much in place was corrupt too. It can be can be that now (after 11 years that I worked there) it has diminished significantly.

Angola? Uhm, amigo! mucho corrupto!!
