What a market the cell phone business is! The battery was going out on my T-Mobil phone. It's basically an emergency phone for me. I buy $100 worth of time about every 12 months. They told me if I wanted to get a new battery to go to Best Buy and pay $45 or they would sell me a new phone for $40. I said, "I don't want a plan." They told me "no plan, just that for the new phone." Transferred my old SIM card and took care of everything in about 15 minutes.
