newswire.ca According to this you're right. Why is the stock at .30? I suspect because the management of this company makes announcements that they are going to do things and then never carries out their plan. There was an "etched in stone" reverse stock split that never materialized as well. With financing in place and contracts signed there is no reason for this stock to be in the gutter other than management. Am I wrong about this?
