Libya will not regain full oil output for at least three years: Woodmac

Anyone who claims to know for sure when the oil will come back on line is full of it. These are just estimates. But today's drop in Brent does show the impact the war in Libya had on the pricing of that particular index. The continued fluidity of the pricing in the oil indices suggest that prices are dictated by supply and demand rather than the practical application of the theory of peak oil and by traders playing with the futures.
