IMO, here's why it's good news.

If you read the postings here 2 or 3 weeks ago, its the gloom and
doom scnenario of fabs investment being delayed or pushed back. With the most recent announcement from IBM (300mm), this one from INTC, Taiwan fabs, its starting to appear that the fabs investment are not slowing down at all.
