...are minimal because they don't create jobs; they merely fund consumption. But that's what is being blamed for the economic stagnation we see now...lack of demand... Spending dollars on well-structured loopholes for business creates jobs and provides true stimulus because people working are feel better about spending money than people who are unemployment.
