SE is a pure play on business to business electronic commerce, it sells software and services(recurring revenue per transaction fee). So, as folks have become used to the internet as a way of communicating and operating, businesses are increasing utilizing the internet for sales and operations/communications. For example, DELL and CISCO are two solid co's with internet sales strategy.
