PRESS RELEASE Friday September 13 3:03 PM EDT International Standards files for stock split BOCA RATON, Fl., Sept 13 (Reuter) - International Standards Group Ltd said Friday that it filed an information statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission to amend its certificate of amendment to offer a 1-for-15 reverse stock split of its common stock. The reverse split will enable the company to restructure its capitalization to reflect its operating growth, and anticipated profitability. International Standards also plans to change the company's name to Total World Telecommunications Inc with the trading symbol of "TWTI." The company said the action was taken to reflect its transformation to primarily telecommunications services. -- New York Newsdesk 212-859-1610.
