Mike All fertilizer stocks are down. I owned FRP for years, sold recently. Fertilizer industry has built up over capacity and prices are down due to lower demand. El Ninio is supposed to increase demand in 1998 and 1999. Until and unless supply/demand is more in balance none of the fertilizer stocks will provide a good return. Moreover TNH management has no incentive to increase payments to shareholders any time soon. IMO stock will find support in low 20's
