Ted, I have to admit that I am disappointed in the stock price too. We were at this level back in the Spring. Before NetGain announcement. Before improvement in earnings. I really expected we would be higher given these developments. The company is about on the schedule I expected, but the stock price is a few months behind. Now that the end of 1997 and lower capital gains taxes are on the radar screen, it would be better for me if BROC does not run up high enough to tempt me to take short term 1997 profits. But I would like to see 6+ ASAP and would buy some more if we start a strong run in that direction.

I have been picking up more shares around 4 1/2. This is like some of my short positions, when the fundamentals are different from the price, just take your position and wait.

On a side note, you and I have both been profiting from the VIAS swings. I am on the short side, I think you are on the long side. A nice stock for short term trading. But lately I have been getting larger trading swings in YHOO.

Roger
