Ali, According to my sources, Vin Dham had nothing to do with the design or architecture of the K6. He was more on the business side of things. Atiq Raza, Chief Technical Officer, was the primary visionairy on the K6. I heard that AMD had a re-org and Vinod Dham didn't get the job he wanted so he decided to sell his stock and take the money and run. The K6 design is complete and K7 is underway. The success of the K6 program had little to do with Vin Dham. Profits
