Qntm opened at 28 3/4, down 1+ this morning before the analyst meeting. It fell an additional dollar right at the end of the day. IMO, this was just good trading for the Bulls and bad trading for the bears. We now own Qntm at 27+ with anticiaptaion of approx. $3.01 earnings for 97 and $3.71 for 98--PE of 9 for 97 and a forward PE of 7.2 ---not bad. This even gives us some room for downward revisions and still hold a very, very good valuation. Even if earnings were adjusted down a few cents, it would still be a good buy. Please don't make decisions on my calculations. These are fast calcualtion make from Yahoo data. Earnings for 97--$3.01 These earnings are mostly already achieved. Earnings for 98--$3.71 projected.
