VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Aug. 23, 2011) - MPH Ventures Corp. (TSX VENTURE: MPS - News; FRANKFURT: IJA1 - News; the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has earned a 100% interest, subject to a 2% net smelter return royalty, in its Echo Township property by making its final property option payment consisting of a cash payment of $40,000 and the issuance of 25,000 common shares. The Echo property forms part of the Company's 3400 acre Pidgeon Molybdenum Deposit Project.

The Company acquired the Echo property pursuant to an Option Agreement (the "Option Agreement") dated November 15, 2007 with Rubicon Minerals Corp. wherein MPH Ventures was granted the option to acquire ten mineral claims (2360 acres) located in the Echo Township, Patricia Mining Division, Ontario.
The common shares are subject to a four month hold period expiring December 17, 2011.
