Kenneth, WASHINGTON -- Half a year after Florida Gov. Rick Scott rejected $2.4 billion in federal money to help build high-speed rail structures inside his state, the cash has been sent to other portions of the country.

How could a politician be so stupid in rejection of $2.4 billion of federal money to his state. Just think how the money could produce additional jobs for his constituents. Maybe the voters will get rid of him next election.

Politically speaking, you reward your friends and punish your enemies! However, you will not hear any politician outwardly making such a statement. However, do such to your own state constituents is very, very rare.
