Depending on political will... US has plenty continental resources.. oil included.. High cost foreign 'purchase' LOL was not required.. non OPEC production down... (not because there is no non OPEC oil...) Also US consumption trends appear down.. If US blows up Canada does badly... unless we expand our markets.. Even our politicians are starting to understand this...
