We both know who caused all the trouble John. We both know who faded good properties that are still being drilled. We both know who could not get simple forms done for personal information. We both know who prevaricated to securities authorities and delayed the prospectus for 38 people. The collective board of directors. This almost had to be on purpose. If not it was absolutely tragic ignorance. I was the property vendor not the lawyer, the board, the broker the broker's lawyers or the finance department of two brokerages. I could not possibly make all those mistakes and create that much delay. You are taking advantage of people who don't realize what the process is and who is responsible. What would any reasonable person say? The board is responsible? Why I think they would. So guess who would get blamed by shareholders if the board did not take or attempt to get good advice? hmmmm.. tough one here, give me some time on it.
I think it was a clique of people who feared they would be replaced as directors and who knuckled under to Global securities on properties perhaps with perfect complicity.. We know it was people who were accused of incompetence by the TSXV and were docked shares. Now were any of them me? Or my lawyer? No. Facts are when the lawyer stepped aside a new one was found in 2 weeks. I did that. And I also found the brokerages and warned you about accepting with Global. You geniuses did that and got the trouble you deserved. I told the directors not to accept. they sent a cheque with alacrity. Plain ignorance, lack of experience and hubris. Global failed TWICE to make the IPO. Whose fault is that? Where do you find excess competence in the board's endeavours here?
You got shares in a company on the exchange. I did much of that for you people by getting everyone together. I got no shares whatsoever and neither did any of the people in the private company despite years of planning to make a deal with Shield. Why is that John? I don't think I did that to myself on purpose. So who did that?
Whose property did you finally take? A crony of one of the board? How strange. A property 1000 miles away with a small showing. Not a former mine, which is now showing good results for a company which has absorbed two other companies. One of which I helped list for the sole reason that a deal could be made with Shield to co-develop their properties. Now Premier has all that. I see they are not doing that bad. So delaying the company's listing and refusing the property was a GOOD idea? How so? You like a 4 cent stock price, not a $6.00 stock price? This chart below is of the company that got all the properties that were offered to myself and companies I was associated with. Now bear in mined we could have these and OTHER producing properties for a mere 12 million one time share payment. No! Having a $6 dollar stock was not worth paying shares for. No! We can see that. Having a 9 cent stock and a fly in property with dubious showings in far northern Quebec is much better. What was offered John? The Key Lake property, the Magnet Mine and if you clods had acted properly, with integrity and quickly it would have been possible to get the Hard Rock Mine and all the properties in between at fire sale prices. You know, the properties that are now drilling at 0.5 oz per ton over 15 feet and 150 metres of 1.4 grams per tonne. You now this is true. You know I knew the Maloufs who held them for 20 years. Sinclair Jones knew this. what di you people try to do after being introduced to all this? Get the properties for free by dealing directly with Roxmark and give me finder's fee. After people spent $400K and 4 years on keeping these deals warm to vend them. After people spent $1.6 million listing Roxmark and exercising options. YOu screw the people who brought the idea to your board. Effing brilliant John.
I was the one who prospected that are in the 1980's not the board of Shield. I was the one who worked for the Maloufs then. And I was the one who helped Dave Malouf and his brother get Rox listed. You think I would have had anything to do with Shield getting the properties that are now Flagship to Premier in Geraldton Beardmore? You think? Do we smell anything burning?
Did the Premier people slip you money to screw us up? Any of the people on the Goldstone board? Would not surprise me. You certainly interfered anyway you could. That level of incompetence, if accidental has to be phenomenal. You were part of a clique on the board that rejected guidance from the very start and drew out the perfection and acceptance of the director's PIFs to the last gasp possible. How intelligent does a person have to be to write his resume, get his name, job history etc and education right? Apparently 1000 times more intelligent than the board of Shield. The excuses were astounding. I thought no rational person could be so childish about simple matters. Stonewalling this delayed the listing, I have calculated, by about 18 months. And to blame not getting personal information right on the lawyer. How the hell is he supposed to know this stuff? This was a master stroke. They say never to blame on perfidy what is adequately explained by the depths of human stupidity, but I am still not convinced.
So if your knife slips and a patient dies, it was the patient's fault? I see. And if you slip the knife on purpose, he did it double? Piece of garbage, indeed. All those cadavers you leave behind are now officially garbage. Not breathing. They didn't try.
Do us all a favour. Tell the whole story and your sad place in it. Let us all in on the directors mistakes. Then people can judge.
The psychological fault of blaming others for your mistakes is called projection. Look it up. See appropriate counselors.
