Roly,

Maybe I am misreading it - aren't they saying that they are reallocation money previously intended for the Israeli fab which was to produce logic chips to the NM facility to produce flash?

Prior to this announcement, I thought that they delayed the flash fab in TX to convert the Israeli fab to logic. Now they are reversing course? I think I need to go back and reread both news releases.

In the interim, with the exception of a domestic target, the outlay doesn't seem to have improved, just changed.

Which costs more in terms of capex?

1) Move from flash to processors

or

2) Move to .25 process for flash memory

My guess is #1, but it is probable that they have to do both at some time.

Scott
