It reminds me of my sailing days. I was constantly at the Marine store looking for whatever the latest gadget was - and I had to have it.

When I sold the boat, what convinced the wife unit to go with the sale was a battery operated blender that could be taken in the dinghy for harbor cruises. I had it all ready for them when they showed up for a demo. I took the dinghy out first and served Mai Tais as I gave them a tour of the harbor. Then when they were all pleasant, I took the big boat out.
