I just check the MA on MAVK

Here's the unfortunate bad news:
1) 21 day MA is 36.75
2) 50 day MA is 39.73
3) 200 day MA is 31.75

200 day MA has been breached on an intra day basis for the last 3 days, and finally closed under it yesterday.

I don't know much TA, but hope this helps.
