Durable goods was just one piece of data .......... overall the economy is weakening.

IMO, BB will likely make some generalized comments about Fed action including some assurance that the Fed will act to prevent a major slump. The last Fed meeting had dissenters and he will need to build some consensus before any major initiative so if it is going to happen it will likely be after the Sept meeting of the Fed.
