I monitor my progress through the month in my portfolio on DLJ Direct. I try to invest in at least 2-3 companys at a time. I keep track of past trades on a spread sheet. My column headings are ticker, date bought, stock price, money in (because of margin buying), option premium, amount of shares, net gain, final gain, net return (as a percent), final return and # of days.

Regarding Power Options, what you see is what you get. Again, check out the demo at poweropt.com. This is a great information source designed for covered call writers.

So far the stocks I've wrote covered calls on are WAVO, ADAX and NM. My options expire on WAVO and NM this Friday. I'll be using Power Options to help find which company to invest in next.
