Jeff, I agree with you that the announcement of a cable carrier is a larger issue, however the timing of today's selloff was coincident with the second news news release of the third quarter earnings. Thought the Revenues drop 43% headline probably stimulated the sellers-- biz.yahoo.com I was trying to read in between the lines of William Samuels statements: techstocks.com to see if I could get a better estimate as to when ACTV would begin in Texas; maybe we can get a better idea of when the announcement would be.
