Under the helmet padding would be the same hard protection there is now. The key is to simply better absorb and disperse the energy of a hit. I would think the added air bladder energy dispersion would more than compensate for any added danger of a more 'stuck" hit. Am hoping Oblivious talks to his friend for an industry perspective on this. Maybe we can make a difference! - Jeff
