Here, I'll try to help you even though you are who you are. If I remember correctly, I think you said your phone only has 256mb of memory. First, go to the task manager and look at your ram manager tab to see how much memory you have free. Write down that number. Now go to settings->applications and look at the "running apps". They are the ones that are using your available memory. Look at that list. There are probably some apps there that you never use (some of those you probably downloaded them, install them and try them out but you never uninstall them). Press the apps that you don't want and you will get the app info screen where you can uninstall them. If some apps are there by the carrier you may not be able to delete them unless you are rooted. You can use My Backup Pro app (there are also other apps like Titanium backup, etc...) to freeze those apps. It is a great backup/restore program, but it also has a toolbox that allows you to freeze any apps you want. Restart your phone. Then go to the task manager and look at your ram manager tab again. The free memory should be much less than the first number you wrote down.
