Cause they are side loading the apps. Exactly what you jailbreak an iPhone for. Android does not let you side load apps by default. You have to explicitly tell it by selecting an option that you want to side load apps. And even then it prompts with everything that can go wrong and you have to say YES, otherwise no side loading.
