I DO know after speaking with Fluke engineers about their DSL tester (which is simply an ethernet bridge - still requires ADSL modems at both ends) that THEY were unable to pinpoint any copper problems that their test indicated existed. I also conferenced Fluke into a telco engineer, and the TDR topic never arose. Wonder why? Steve
