Ben's doing nuttin. Which is the lesser of evils. He also criticized Congress on lack of fiscal discipline, a pleasant surprise from Ben. So he passes ball to Congress - <vbg>. Imo we have a problem which can best be solved by a washout followed by restructuring (painful but necessary and relatively quick) as opposed to the water torture we've endured. Bottom line - I'm beginning to resemble permabear's twin. <g>
