You are annointed to fight the fight against all the wing nuts here who never saw the phoney house of cards credit juiced economy but show up after the fact in the age of socialist Obama and think they are gonna somehow 'save' us NOW.... You save yourself by cashing out and running for the hills whenever there is a RE bubble after the GOP has too much control for a number of years... It will probably happen again around 2025 unless Perry/Bachman/Palin/Fox News and friends get it done in 2012 in which case we get depression first moving the next bubble top out to 2035 instead
