....What about the spin-off of the credit business? When will the name change and reverse split take place?
Positives of a reverse split:many brokerage firms will not recommnend penny stocks, many mutual funds will not buy penny stocks.Coverage of ISGI,(Tweedy) could increase as a result of the reverse split.
Negatives of a reverse split:Noone who subscribes to AOL will buy a stock over $1.00,reverse splits often result in the new stock going down,at least initially....
Bottom line...I like the name change,I don't mind the reverse split, but I don't understand where the Credit business fits into the "New ISGI".....someone please explain it to me....will the credit business be sold,or spun off,or will it remain part of the new ISGI?
