Tonto: You may want to look into Lexus/Nexus. If you have a good relationship with your lawyer they may have access to this service which has notations on literally millions of law suits, civil and criminal, convictions, bankruptcies etc. If your lawyer does not he may be able to access the information you seek through a colleague. Good luck on your search. TLW
