Cameco was lobbying hard with investors with a press release to sell out. Right now HAT is at a 12 cent premium to the offer price.

There have been plenty of times where a BOD is looking after its own interest rather than shareholders, only to see the pursued company's stock collapse. Who was MSFT pursuing last year -- was it AOL?

I decided to sell 60% of my HAT position and see what happens over the next little while.
