Re SEE - the Diversey acquisition which appears to exceed the value of SEE's market cap gives me pause.It also is concerning that the CFO resigned a fe weeks ago when the acquisition was approved. Maybe he found some math errors. I decided to pass when I looked at the stock recently.

Did you look at OI- they have execution issues and too much debt but at least the current maker valuation reflect the trouble. I guess they should be able to bounce back as they have in the past. I don't own it but I am looking.
