The culture of China is dog eat dog and human eat dog with the devil take the hindmost. The purpose of words in China is to create false illusions to deceive other people for personal gain. They don't have a monopoly on that just as VVV appear around the world in individuals and groups to a greater or lesser extent, but very rarely for any sustained period of time or at sufficient scale to benefit billions.
