Loco The best way to describe the effect of Irene on New York city is the bumper sticker Ken will put on the back of his Prius. OBAMA It could have been worse. The pictures I am seeing remind me of the destruction I saw living in Missouri when the Mississippi river had major flooding. The poor folks will contact their insurance agent only to find out that they are not covered for water damage. They need to have flood insurance which is only offered by the federal government. I wonder how many of those effected are covered?
