I agree with you completely. If there was some decent management, the problems would be resolved. It seems that there is a knowledgeable management in place, but for some reason they can't work anything out. Maybe they were too used to the idea of being the "big guy" like Goodyear, Michelin, etc. and now they're being faced with running a much smaller company. In any case, with the fiduciary responsibilities of increasing shareholder value, the management definitely has much to learn. They've got a great product, but what good does it do if nobody knows about it??
