But, but it's happening to THEM! 4' of water covering Bay Ave in Highlands. Bottom floor of SILs shop is under water. BIL's house in Leonardo NJ is too. They told us they heard Sandy Hook was cut in half by the storm and the Coast Guard station at Monmouth Beach slid off its foundation. No matter how you slice it, it's a bad situation.
