I always thought the Buddhists were ahead of everyone else. A lot of we atheists feel that way because we come to the same conclusions Buddhists do. Atheists even have a sort of "faith", in that many of us feel the following is somehow woven into the fabric of the universe. Many of us would put our lives on the line for those values alone.
