All the natural disasters we have been having of late might put a small dent in it. I have learned over the years that if you don't have winds at like 115-125+ the biggest risk is storm surge and flooding plus the after effects from decimated infrastructure. You could have had civil unrest in such a crowded diverse vertical city like NY if the worst case came to pass
