Don't you think that obtaining an injunction against a competitor who stole their technology will improve their margins? Less competition = higher margins.

Headline: DSC (NASDAQ:DIGI) says court issues injunction on DGI

======================================================================
DALLAS, Nov 18 (Reuters) - A federal judge has ruled that
DGI Technologies stole trade secrets from DSC Communications
Corp and infringed DSC copyrights, and has issued a permanent
injunction against DGI, DSC said Tuesday.
The court awarded DSC $11.3 million in damages, which was
offset by an $11 million award against DSC for interfering with
DGI's business, DSC said.
DGI was not available for comment.
The judgment was issued by Judge Joe Kendall of U.S.
District Court for the Northern District of Texas, DSC said.
The injunction prohibits DGI from making or selling
products designed, developed or tested with the assistance of
DSC's operating system software, it said.
The injunction also prohibits DGI from developing new or
replacement products using current or former DGI employees,
agents or consultants who illicitly gained knowledge of DSC's
intellectual property, it said.
DSC provides telecommunications products, including digital
switching, transmission, access and network management systems.
