I will NOT be voting for someone who wants to bring religion to government and I believe Perry does.

Obviously, we'd all like to have our version of a dream candidate that says and does the exact things that we would do if in the same position. We've all learned that a dream candidate is never one of the options.
So, if I understand what you are saying, either social issues are more important than fiscal issues for you OR you think that Obama will change his stripes on fiscal issues.

I'm actually the exact opposite. While I have views on social issues, for me, fiscal issues trump social issues. Social issues will be going back and forth in the wind forever but, IMO, the fiscal issues need to be fixed quickly - the fiscal fix can not be delayed while we haggle over civil unions or the words of the pledge to the flag until the next election in 2016.
