Ain't doing what it takes to get re-elected. He needs to listen to us. The other way is dangerous in his mind. He can't see how that will work. Polls people around him. But part of it is also the established politico's do know how to fight, the day to day fights, and problems which are so much of governing. In governing crises is an every day event. And they are people he is more comfortable with. I guess he likes being aroudn guys like Rahm Sperling and Daley. Personally, I find them all replusive. Besides that, I think he is a control freak. Remember he liked lining up the kids in grammer school and marching them out the door to the playground and he did make the Harvard Law review and he volunterred for a black calander of guys? when at Harvard (he was turned down) . But if we ever needed the big thinkers it is right now. And I know for sure he dised both Krugman and Stiglitz which really bothers me. FDR sought out Keynes to solve the depression. Obama should seek out Krugman, Stiglitz and Rogoff.
