Dead wrong. You "forgot" the rest of the phrase:

"transactions contemplated"

The fact that no transaction have taken place YET is irrelevant -- NYSE: RKT has to either jointly release all PRs or approve of all of the wording in any PR by JBII.

And NYSE: RKT approved of JBII saying NYSE: RKT signed because it is a "viable commercial process"

Awesome, huh? NYSE: RKT apparently made sure the JBII process is indeed viable. And guess what? It's the first and only viable green energy process in history. NYSE: RKT confirms.
