I agree that the 10-Q sounded quite negative, at least for
the near-term. It is hard to tell how much of the negative
outlook is put in by the lawyers and how much is just realism.
I knew that sales would be down from last year's levels, but
the 10-Q implied that there may be another sequential decline
as well, which certainly isn't what I wanted to hear. I realize
that the long-term potential for UTEK is great, but if the sales
continue to decline, the stock price will follow in the absence
of revenue and profit visibility from P-GILD and Ultrabeam.
