Personally, I think Ryan O'Neal falls into the "has been" category. But that's just me. Carson Kressley is a good replacement. He'll be entertaining at the very least and gay guys are usually pretty good dancers...in clubs. Ballroom? Well, that remains to be seen. Chaz will have problems. He has gained a tremendous amount of unhealthy looking weight since his surgery. Nancy Grace...can't picture her dancing. All I can hope for her is that at long last she will get a makeover and get a decent hairstyle out of the experience. If she lasts a few episodes she will also benefit from a bit of weight loss, as will Ricki Lake. The rest of them, well, some of them I just plain don't like and some of them I don't know enough about so it's a wait and see. But then, I didn't like Kelly Osbourne before DWTS and she turned into my favorite personality for her season. She was quite the opposite of what I expected. Both charming and real. I like the getting-to-know-them process. Wish they'd announce the partners soon.
