How cheap are mining stocks? "In fact, only twice did they approached today’s levels — once during the tech bubble in 2000 and then again during the credit crisis in 2008." So in other words...those waiting for a repeat of 2008 in order to load up on gold stocks have gotten their wish. They just don't know it. LOL...
