Well, the stock nearly hit 20 and has rebounded for the past couple of weeks. Probably not a bad place to consider an entry if one wanted to hold this company's stock. Seasonally, these next couple of months are traditionally weak for semi stocks, as a general rule. The company is offering a very decent dividend currently, so getting 2.5% return right off the bat adds something positive to the mix.
