Earlier I said that I thought "somebody heard something" and that "something appeared to have exacerbated the selling late in the day".

It's clear to me now that, as usual some big money on the Street had a head start on the SEG announcement. But thats OK. Because of the intense qntm selloff, I was concerned that some big time analyst had "heard something about qntm". Qntm can recover from a SEG announcement. We'll get beat up, but at some point qntm will be priced based on their own earnings and own earnings potential.
