You know, there are alot of players out there that trade on gut feels or instincts.
I don't believe someone must always have every single fact about a company
or crunch every single number about it to make a good investment decision. You put a couple of decades into the market and you'll start believing what experience is telling you......and not the CEO.

Obviously Joel and Mark are trading on what they "feel" because other than the market itself, there is absolutely no reason Compaq should do anything but go up for the next several months.

However, it has touched these levels more than once in the past few weeks and retreated. It's their bet it will happen again. Who's to say it won't. But steve is right, sooner or later everyone in unison will agree......this company is simply kicking ass right now.
